No Refunds / Returns
All salea and transactions provided bu Scents Obsession are strictly final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges once payment is completed. This policy applies to all products listed on our website.
If a product is sold out after your order is placed you will have the option to choose a alternative option to the same value or to receive credit to use on your next order.
2. Exceptions
We only make exceptions if an item is sent incorrectly or if an item arrives defective or damaged through our fault.
If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at scentsobsession0@gmail.com or via WhatsApp on 061 543 9819 with photos of the incorrect items or damage. You will then receive a new item if damaged or we will arrange for courier collection of the incorrect item and send you the correct item at no extra charge.
If an item is incorrectly sent or damaged, please do not open it as we can not exchange an opened item.
